• The name, memories, stories and details you share about your loved one or pet
• Your musical style preferences and order choices

• Referral source (how you found us)

Payment information

We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

• To create your personalised memorial song
• To deliver your song and files to you by email
• To communicate about your order and handle revision requests
• To improve our website and service
• To comply with our legal obligations

The personal memories you share about your loved one will never be used for any purpose other than creating your song.

6. Data Retention

We retain order information for up to 3 years after completion, so we can assist you if you need to access your song again. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@funeralsongs.co.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@funeralsongs.co. We will respond within 30 days.

We use HTTPS and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

Some processors (including Stripe and Cloudinary) may process data outside the UK or EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR.
